Valerie Breier

Valerie Breier has extensive work experience in the mining and materials industry. Valerie currently holds the position of Manager of Training and Development at Rogers Group Inc. starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Vulcan Materials Company from January 2022 to August 2022. From November 2020 to January 2022, Valerie served as a Mine Planning Engineer II at Heidelberg Materials North America. Before that, they held the role of Project Engineer at Martin Marietta from April 2016 to November 2020. Valerie's career began as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado School of Mines from August 2014 to December 2015.

Valerie Breier pursued their Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, which they completed between the years 2010 and 2014. Afterward, they furthered their education and earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the same institution, specializing in Mining and Earth Systems Engineering. This accomplishment was attained from 2014 to 2015.
