Clifford Pierre-Louis

In 2001, Clifford joined VLH as Hotel Manager of Veranda Palmar Beach after working at the prestigious Le Prince Maurice as F&B Manager. He had a first taste of the hospitality world when he was still a child and would bring lunch to his father, one of Veranda Resorts’ first employees. This insight motivated him to pursue in this field, after obtaining a CAP in food and catering. In 1989, he started his career at Novotel Grand-Gaube(Accor). He worked for different hotels in the Comoros, Mauritius and Seychelles respectively, and became F&B Manager before returning to Mauritius, where he contributed to the successful opening of Labourdonnais Hotel. Clifford was appointed General Manager of Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort in 2020.
