James Graglia's work experience includes various positions at different companies. James started their career at Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. as the Assistant Service Manager, where they made scheduling process changes and led a department of employees. James later became the Head of Learning and Development, where they analyzed professional development gaps and oversaw curriculum development for over 360 employees. James also worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, directing CI projects and increasing the company's top-line revenue. Additionally, James has extensive experience in the US Navy, serving as the Deputy Director of Combat Systems and leading a department of individuals responsible for operating and maintaining combat systems on a nuclear submarine. James also served as a Regional Director of Anti-Terrorism, overseeing strategic operations and writing a historic gender-equality policy. In their role as a Division Manager, they facilitated operational changes and managed major industrial projects.
James Graglia attended Purdue University from 2018 to 2024, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Analytics. In 2018, they also studied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Purdue University College of Engineering. Additionally, they pursued Lean Principles and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at Purdue University in the same year.
