Joy Rainville

Joy Rainville has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Joy held similar positions at Columbia Body Manufacturing from July 2018 to October 2021 and at Recology as Oregon Human Resources Manager from May 2017 to July 2018. Joy also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Dynalectric Oregon for a decade, from March 2007 to May 2017. Joy's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Christian History and Thought - Theology from George Fox University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Warner Pacific University, as well as an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Mt. Hood Community College.
