Fred Gonzalez has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Fred started their career at Oakbrook Builders, LLC in 2015, where they worked as a Project Engineer Intern. In this role, they gained valuable experience in general contracting, design-build, and construction management, specifically focusing on senior living facilities and multifamily projects.

After their internship, Fred continued working at Oakbrook Builders as a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager from January 2016 to May 2017. During this time, they expanded their skills in managing projects from site selection to state licensure, and they worked closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project satisfaction.

In 2017, Fred joined Rogers-O'Brien Construction, where they held multiple roles. Fred started as a Quality Manager from May 2017 to December 2019, contributing to the company's reputation for delivering high-quality buildings in various market sectors. Fred then advanced to the position of Assistant Project Manager from January 2020 to August 2021, further developing their project management skills. Fred's most recent role at Rogers-O'Brien is Project Manager, which they assumed in September 2021.

Fred Gonzalez completed their education from 2011 to 2015 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architectural Engineering. In addition, they obtained an OSHA 30 HR certification from Austin AGC in June 2017.
