Frank Rhoades

Frank Rhoades has over 30 years of work experience, starting as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1986-1990. Frank then worked as an Operations Manager at Schneider National from 1990-2004 before becoming the Director of Supply and Logistics at Quarles Energy Services Inc from 2004-2016. From 2016-2018, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Elite, and in 2018, they became the Operations Manager at RCS Trucking and Freight. Currently, since 2019, they hold the position of Director of Transport Operations at Rogers Petroleum.

Frank Rhoades attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 1983 to 1986 and earned a Bachelor's degree in BS. It is not specified what field of study they pursued during this time. Frank also earned another Bachelor's degree from the same university, although the start and end years, as well as the field of study, are unknown.
