Candace A. Knights, MBA, CM, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in marketing and communications. Currently serving as a Professor at Lambton College since 2025, Candace also operates as a Marketing Consultant and Social Media Manager, focusing on enhancing the online presence of Canadian small businesses. With experience as an On-Air Television Host and Presenter for Rogers Sports & Media, Candace has contributed to various media formats, including lifestyle segments and interviews. Previous roles include Lead Onboarding & Training Facilitator at the House of Commons, where extensive onboarding support was provided for over 1,000 new employees, and a Director of Presentations for Enactus Windsor, where impactful presentations were created.
