Paul Kaye

Vice President, Head Of Audio at Rogers Sports & Media

Paul Kaye has a diverse range of work experience in the media industry. Paul started their career at Orion Media Ltd, where they served as the Group Network Programme Director, overseeing brand strategy, content, talent development, research, promotions, syndicated programming, and digital strategies. Paul then joined Newcap Radio, where they held roles as the National Director - Talent Development and Operations Manager. In these positions, they evaluated and developed programming talent across the country and led the turnaround of Z95-3, LG 104-3, and CISL 650 in Vancouver.

After that, Kaye worked at Rogers Sports & Media as the Vice President, Product & Talent, where they set strategic direction for each brand and implemented audience growth plans. Paul then became the Vice President, Music Brands & In House TV Production, responsible for brand development, operations, and talent success. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President, Head of Audio, leading a portfolio of audio businesses and managing the P&L for the division.

In addition to their corporate roles, Kaye also has experience as a coach, specializing in leadership and performance coaching. Furthermore, they are the President & Board Chair of Radioplayer Canada and serves as a Director at Canadian Broadcast Sales.

Paul Kaye has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Paul also completed the International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) in Organisational Coaching at The University of British Columbia. Additionally, they took a course on the Art & Science of Innovation at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Paul also holds certifications as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University, and a Certified Organizational Coach from The University of British Columbia.
