David J. Pia

David J. Pia, MBA currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Rogerson Communities since January 2022. Prior to this role, David held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Rogerson Communities. With a background primarily in human resources, David previously worked as the Director of Human Resources at Boston Planning & Development Agency from June 2020 to January 2022 and the Boston Public Health Commission from 2001 to June 2020. Earlier in their career, David held various administrative and finance roles at Boston Medical Center, Boston University School of Public Health, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. David obtained their MBA in Management from UMass Boston.
