Prior experience includes co-owning SuperVision Biometric Systems, where Charlie established the company as a leader in the biometric solutions market before transitioning to focus on Rogerwilco. Additionally, Charlie held account director roles at both Kelso Consulting and CHA. Academic credentials include a Master of Theology in Theology and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews.
