Ben Davol

Ben Davol has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Ben currently works at Rogue Credit Union as the VP of Software and Data Engineering. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineering Manager at the same company.

Before joining Rogue Credit Union, Ben owned Contract Web Software, where they provided contract Mobile App Development and Web App Development services. Ben had extensive experience in PHP, MySQL, Apache, Java, Rails, React, React Native, Vue JS, Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap, and various MVC frameworks. Ben also specialized in iPhone and Android app development and had expertise in Objective-C, Android Java, and React Native.

Ben also served as the Computer Information Services Manager at Southern Oregon Education Service District, where they managed a team of technical professionals and oversaw the organization's technology infrastructure and support services. Ben was responsible for project management, resource management, and evaluating and implementing information services.

In addition to their roles at Rogue Credit Union and Southern Oregon Education Service District, Ben worked as a Senior Developer at Sharefaith and a Lead Web Developer at Southern Oregon Education Service District. Ben also owned Mobile School Apps, where they developed mobile apps for K12 education. Furthermore, Ben held positions at MenuNetwork Inc., CDAssessor, and Southern Oregon University, where they gained experience in web development, computer tech, and lead development roles.

Overall, Ben Davol has extensive experience in software engineering, web and mobile app development, project management, and technical leadership.

Ben Davol attended the Oregon Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software/Hardware Engineering. Following that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at Southern Oregon University.
