George Gutierrez

George Gutierrez is an experienced technology professional specializing in software testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Software Test Engineer III at Perforce Software since February 2019, George has also held positions as a Quality Assurance Engineer at both Rogue Wave Software and Akana since November 2016 and July 2015, respectively. George's expertise includes automation of product testing using Selenium 2, as well as providing technical support to clients in a previous role as a Support Engineer. Prior to these roles, George was the Co-President of the MAES organization at California State University-Long Beach, where efforts focused on organizing events and promoting STEM careers. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-Long Beach and an earlier focus in Computer Science at Los Angeles Mission College.
