Dr Krishna Athal

Dr Krishna Athal has had an impressive career, with experience in various leadership roles. In 2015, they joined YUVA NGO as an Executive Director, where they focused on improving the well-being of children and young people. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at National Aviation Academy, overseeing the institution's success in placing candidates in airport and flight operations roles. They then moved on to Roha in 2022, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the agriculture cluster, where they prioritized sustainability and the use of technology in farming. Currently, Dr Krishna Athal holds the position of Executive Director at the International Coaching Institute, an organization dedicated to providing high-quality coaching education and training programs.

Dr Krishna Athal has an Executive Leadership degree from the University of Oxford. Dr Krishna also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership and Management from York St. John University. Dr Krishna has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Enterprise from Edinburgh Napier University and a Higher School Certificate (HSC) from the Royal College of Port Louis. Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified Member (CM) from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. Dr Krishna is also an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Social Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.
