Srishti Shreya

Srishti Shreya began their work experience at ICICI Bank in 2012, where they served as an Assistant Manager until 2014. Srishti then joined Satin Creditcare Network Limited in 2018 and held various roles within the CMD's Office, including Assistant Manager, Research Associate, and later Deputy Manager. During their time at Satin Creditcare, they focused on effectively communicating and collaborating with different teams, analyzing data using MS Excel, monitoring key performance indicators, and analyzing process changes. Recently, in 2021, they joined Roha Housing Finance as a Business Analyst in the CEO Office.

Srishti Shreya's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Gaya College, Gaya, which was obtained from 2007 to 2010. Srishti then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, from 2011 to 2012. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, spanning from 2012 to 2014.
