Nikhil Jain

Nikhil Jain is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in after-sales management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Rohan Motors Ltd since December 2022, Nikhil oversees all aspects of after-sales operations, including service, bodyshop, parts, customer care, and warranty. Previously, Nikhil excelled as the Ex GM of after-sales at SPL Motors Private Limited (Honda Car) from July 2011 to December 2022, earning the prestigious All India Best Manager Award twice and successfully managing workshop operations. Nikhil's career also includes roles as Workshop Manager at Regent Autolinks Pvt. Ltd. and Operation Head at Maxx Motors, demonstrating a strong track record in managing technical teams and enhancing customer satisfaction. Nikhil began the journey in automotive customer service as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Nimbus Hyundai, showcasing rapid progression within the field. Nikhil holds a Diploma of Education in Automotive Engineering Technology from VTI.
