Dragos Plutu

Dragos Plutu has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various roles. Dragos started their career at Telemobil / Zapp as a NOC Engineer, where they were responsible for monitoring network elements, providing shift reports, and following specific procedures. Dragos then moved on to Electrogrup SA, where they worked as a Network Planning Engineer, focusing on IP network design, planning, and implementation. Finally, Dragos joined Rohde & Schwarz Topex, initially as an Enterprise Solutions Support Engineer, involved in IP network design and configuration. Dragos later became the Head of Enterprise Technical Support, overseeing the technical support operations within the company.

Dragos Plutu completed their high school education at Colegiul National "Ion C. Bratianu" Pitesti, obtaining a High School Diploma in Mathematics Physics in 2003.
