Bill Kardine

Bill Kardine is a seasoned professional in the field of electrical engineering and business development, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Rohde & Schwarz since July 2020. With previous roles in the company including Product and Technical Support Manager and Product Manager for Mobile Network Testing, Bill has developed extensive expertise in 5GNR rollouts across the US and Canada, facilitating collaboration between North American customer needs and European product teams. Prior experience includes work as an Electrical Engineer at Raytheon Company, specializing in antenna design and RF testing, and as an Application Engineer at Rohde & Schwarz, where Bill supported a broad customer base with cutting-edge test and measurement equipment. Bill holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the University of Delaware.
