Oktay R. Memisoglu

Oktay R. Memisoglu is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in auditing, finance, and accounting roles. Currently serving as a Finance and Accounting Supervisor at Rohde & Schwarz since June 2021, Oktay previously held positions at KPMG Türkiye as an Assistant Manager and Experienced Senior Auditor, as well as at Mazars as an Auditor. Prior experience also includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Güriş, focusing on the financing of a construction company. Oktay holds a BA in Economics and Public Administration from Bilkent University, a degree in Law with a focus on Tax Law/Taxation from Anadolu University, and a certificate in Financial Management from Anadolu University.
