Aneta Fritscheová

Aneta Fritscheová has been working in the accounting field since 2013. Aneta began their career as a Barista at Costa Coffee in 2014. Aneta then went on to complete an internship at Institut wallon de l'évaluation, de la prospective et de la statistique - IWEPS in 2014, where they worked on the EU regional policy and improved their skills in working with Excel. In 2013, they worked as a Penny Basis at Penny Market, where they were in charge of repackaging and rebranding of products under the Penny brand.

In 2017, Aneta Fritscheová began working at LEGO Group as a G/L Accountant for French entities with EN. During this role, they refined their finance knowledge and improved work-shadowed processes. Aneta then moved to Grenoble Ecole de Management as a Graduate Research Assistant with FR, where they conducted a research comparing various kinds of sustainable settlements in France and Czech Republic.

In 2019, Aneta Fritscheová began working at Carrier Commercial Refrigeration as a Sr.Fixed Asset Accountant with EN&FR and a Sr. GL accountant with EN&FR. During this role, they took care of 6 entities across 3 countries, using 3 different Fixed Asset's tools and 3 different ERPs. Aneta also communicated with Auditors SOX and internal control and performed reconciliations.

In 2020, Aneta Fritscheová began working at Genpact as a Sr. Fixed Assets Accountant with EN&FR. During this role, they participated in KLT Leasing tool implementation and ticketing tool, followed by user-guide creation and teaching the team members. Aneta also participated in data migration from different FA tools to S/4HANA as well as workflow implementation for FA activities.

Currently, Aneta Fritscheová is working at Rohlik.cz as a Data migration/process development/master data controller. Her position constitutes of several tasks, including GL&FA tasks & knowledge transition, new ERP testing, and more.

Aneta Fritscheová completed their Master's Degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2018 and their Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Management from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague in 2018. Aneta also completed their Bc. Ekonomie in Hospodářská a kulturní studia from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague in 2015. Between 2013 and 2014, they studied agronomie at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - Université de Liège as part of an Erasmus year. Aneta also obtained their Maturita školní + státní in rozšířená výuka matematiky a fyziky from Gymnázium Christiana Dopplera in 2011. Aneta has also obtained several certifications, including Python pro data 2 (2 days course) from Czechitas in June 2022, Python pro data 1 (2 days course) from Czechitas in November 2021, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Genpact in September 2021, TOEIC from ETS Global B.V. in April 2017, TOEFL from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in December 2015, baristická zkouška from Costa Coffee in January 2015, and Attestation de niveau du francais from I.E.C. in December 2013.
