Dawn Speed

Dawn Speed is currently the VP, Strategist at ROI Communication. Dawn has over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on employee engagement and internal communications.

Prior to joining ROI Communication, Dawn was the Director of Communications at Woman Within Eastern USA, where they oversaw all social media, print media, and merchandising selection. Dawn also served on the Woman Within Board of Directors and was responsible for annual membership appeal and tracking of community participation.

Before Woman Within, Dawn was the Vice President, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement at Ketchum. In this role, they led the Internal Communications team in developing and executing the global internal comms strategy. Dawn also partnered with senior leaders and employees across the organization to drive the Ketchum brand promise.

Dawn Speed transferred to Boston University to study journalism and psychology after completing their BA in communications and American studies at the State University of New York College at Old Westbury.

Dawn Speed reports to Barbara Fagan-Smith, CEO. Dawn Speed works with Dana Lengkeek - Director, Ginny Henzi - Executive Assistant, and Tara Davis - Director.
