Jennifer Lynch

Jennifer Lynch is the Director at ROI Communication, a position they have held since February 2019. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Director at Century Federal Credit Union from February 2015 to February 2019. In that role, they were responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to meet organizational sales goals objectives, as well as evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plans as needed.

Leading the development of creative approaches to promoting a suite of products and services, they ensured alignment with Century Federal brand identity, standards, message and tone. Additionally, they provided direction and execution on development of assets to drive the success of campaigns and new product launches including photography, video production, graphic design, copywriting and other various components.

Ensuring that marketing messages and materials were delivered across all media (e.g digital, print) using a consistent process with appropriate controls required to deliver high quality, informative content to targeted customers and markets was also part of their responsibilities. Jennifer also prepared marketing activity and ROI reports for management; including, but not limited to such matters as: marketing trends, membership campaigns and tracking reports on member behavior.

In addition, they coordinated all member-facing special events; managed planning, scheduling and implementing required for proper and timely execution of each event. Jennifer also managed the development and implementation of a new website in 2017 (www.CenFedCU.org) which increased social media followers by 270% across Facebook, Instagram

Jennifer Lynch has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a MBA in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. Jennifer also attended Brunswick High School.
