Lauren Holt has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Lauren began their career as a Marketing & Communications Contractor at the Tennessee Valley Authority in 2011. From there, they moved on to Enovate Medical, where they served as a Project Manager - Engineering. In this role, they successfully led new projects and product rollouts, managed budgets and timelines, and coordinated customer adoption and training programs. Lauren then joined Bridgestone as a Project Manager - HR, where they played a key role in leading multiple projects related to 401K, pension, and benefit initiatives. Lauren also managed project budgets, coordinated with third-party vendors, and was responsible for compliance and communications work streams. After their time at Bridgestone, Lauren worked as a Director of Strategic Resourcing at HCTec and as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Nissan Motor Corporation. In 2018, they took on the role of Vice President, Human Resources & Marketing at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC. In this position, Lauren has led HR and talent initiatives, managed HR and recruiting operations, and created the company's first Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Lauren has also been responsible for employee engagement, compensation management, benefits administration, and organizational development. Additionally, Lauren has been involved in managing payroll, internal communications, and new hire programs at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC.

Lauren Holt, MSL, PMP has a strong educational background. Lauren earned their Masters in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, in 2010, Lauren briefly attended the University of Melbourne, where they focused on Cultural Studies, although it does not specify whether they obtained a degree from this institution.

In terms of certifications, Lauren obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020. This certification demonstrates their expertise and competence in the field of project management.
