Ayrton Cécio began their professional career in 2014 as a Marketing Apprentice at Panco, where they were responsible for assisting with administrative activities and supporting the product and brand management area. Ayrton then transitioned into the role of Marketing Assistant, where they focused on market research, product development, and production control. In 2018, Ayrton worked as an Advertising Sales Intern at Spotify, gaining experience in advertising sales. Ayrton then joined Reed Exhibitions Brasil in 2019 as a Paid Media professional, where they worked until 2021. At Reed Exhibitions Brasil, Ayrton gained experience in paid media strategies. Ayrton then joined Reprise Digital as a Senior Media Analyst, working closely with the account/media team on the implementation and optimization of paid social campaigns for clients, specifically the 99 App (DiDi). Currently, Ayrton is an Associate Customer Success Manager at ROI Hunter, a role they started in 2022.

Ayrton Cécio completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Certificate Program in Business Administration from ETEC, from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Google Search Ads - Expert from Goobec Brasil in March 2020 and completed the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification provided by Google in December 2019.
