Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jeff started their career as a Senior Project Leader at Ziff Davis in 1992. In 1996, they founded their own company, Data Foundations, Inc., serving as the CEO until 2000. During this time, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Rosa Junior College, where they provided classroom instruction and curriculum development.

From 2000 to 2008, Jeff worked as a Product Manager at Jeff Davis Consulting, managing a technology training product line that generated significant annual revenue. Jeff also held the position of Senior Technical Instructor at Learning Tree International during the same period, leading training events in the United States and Europe, accumulating over 4,000 hours in the classroom.

In 2008, Jeff joined Google as a Senior Manager, leading teams focused on advancing the learning aspect within the organization. Jeff was then promoted to the role of Global Head of Customer Success/Evangelism for Google Cloud, where they led global teams responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and customer success. In 2013, they transitioned to Highfive, a videoconferencing SaaS/hardware company, serving as the VP of Customer Success until 2016.

Jeff's most recent role is Director of Strategy and Customer Success for Google Cloud at ROI Training, starting in 2017. In this position, they define and implements the strategy for the company's Google Cloud business and builds relationships to drive success for major customers.
