Michael Gilchrist is a seasoned professional in client management and marketing, currently serving as the Global Client & Project Manager at ROI Training since June 2020. In this role, Michael led a significant overhaul of instructor planner creation, greatly improving efficiency, and manages multiple global training events weekly. Previous experience includes marketing leadership roles at Fitness 1440 and Sowing Seeds of Faith, where Michael successfully generated leads and enhanced online visibility. Michael also has experience in customer service and logistical coordination from a position at the University of Mary Washington, as well as an internship focused on research and strategic communications at Advanced Power Solutions LLC. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Mary Washington.
