José María Belando López is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. José María started their career as a Delegación Comercial at LG Electronics, where they were responsible for product distribution and sales in the Murcia region. José later ventured into the music industry, working as a musician and session bassist for various bands and groups, including De Nauters, Los Lunáticos, and ALEXPERIENCE. José María also co-founded and managed El Brujo Records and La Musicola, where they handled music distribution, management, promotion, and production on a regional level.

In 2018, José transitioned their career towards the field of technology. José María joined Odin Solutions as a student intern, focusing on scalability and performance analysis of platforms for Smart Cities, IoT, and Industry 4.0. José María then worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Murcia, conducting research and development on IoT platforms for Smart Cities and Industry 4.0.

Since 2020, José has been working at Rointe calefacción. José María started as an Embedded Software/IoT Engineer, developing firmware for Smart Metering devices. José María later took on roles such as Hardware & Firmware Manager and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), overseeing technology development, project management, and leading the Tech team. José has extensive experience in firmware development, IoT, and hardware management.

José María Belando López earned a Grado en Ingeniería Informática degree in Ingeniería informática from Universidad de Murcia from the years 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they also passed the Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad - Opción Ciencias examination in Ingeniería informática at the same university in 2013. In 1998, they completed a Curso de Informática at Centros de Enseñanza TUINFOR. In their earlier years, from 1990 to 1993, they obtained a Título de Bachiller in Bachillerato from Mariano Baquero Goyanes.
