Brandon Quach

Brandon Quach, CCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and people analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at Roivant Sciences. Previously, Brandon held managerial roles at Recursion, where responsibilities included managing compensation and systems and leading the People Analytics department at SoFi, where key contributions involved driving data-driven decisions and cross-functional HR initiatives. Brandon began his career in operational roles at Morgan Stanley and Comcast, developing strong analytical and project management skills. An alumnus of the University of Utah, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the David Eccles School of Business.
