Xavier Carrillo is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Robata Chef at Roka Akor since November 2015. Educationally, Xavier completed studies at the Arizona Culinary Institute in 2015 and earned an Associate of Arts degree from Scottsdale Community College between 2009 and 2011, with additional studies at Aurora University from 2011 to 2014.
