Darby Pollock

Darby Pollock currently serves as the Vice President of Merchandising at ROKA since 2023. With extensive experience in the merchandising field, Pollock held the position of Head of Global Merchandising at Billabong from 2021 to 2023, focusing on men's apparel, accessories, and youth categories. Prior to that, significant roles included Director of Global Omni Merchandising at Gap Inc. from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities spanned across various divisions including Banana Republic. Other notable experiences include positions at Trina Turk, Levi Strauss & Co., and Target, where expertise in women’s and men’s apparel, as well as analysis of merchandising strategies, was cultivated. Pollock holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Apparel Merchandising with a minor in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
