Eylem Ozen is currently the Head of the Lightweight Composite Structures Development and Manufacturing Unit at Roketsan, a position held since 2024. Having served as a senior lead engineer on advanced composite materials and processes in 2023, Eylem began their journey at Roketsan in 2011 as a materials and process development engineer, specializing in the selection and characterization of composite materials. Prior to their extensive career at Roketsan, Eylem worked as a research assistant at Middle East Technical University from 2009 to 2011 while earning a master's degree in metallurgical engineering. Eylem also completed a bachelor's degree in the same field at the same institution in 2009.
