The leadership team at Rokoko has a history of experience in the film industry, robotics, and business. They have worked as producers, assistants, and co-founders at various companies such as Zentropa, Nordisk Film, and Shape Robotics. They also have a partner who has experience in the video game industry. All of the members of the team have received education from prestigious institutions, such as The National Film School of Denmark and Stanford University.
