Kevin Burden

Kevin Burden has extensive work experience in the finance industry with a focus on data analysis and management. Kevin is currently the Head of Data at Rokos Capital Management, where they started in January 2021. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Allianz Global Investors as a Global Business Manager for Investment Data from September 2017 to December 2020. Kevin also served as a Front Office Global Data Steward at HSBC Global Asset Management from January 2016 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, Kevin held positions as a Lead Data Analyst at Lombard Odier Investment Managers from June 2014 to January 2016, a Senior Data Analyst at Schroders from December 2013 to May 2014, and various roles at Man, including Lead Data Analyst from February 2011 to December 2013, Principal Business Analyst from January 2009 to February 2011, and Investment Analyst from January 2007 to December 2008. Kevin started their career as a Research Analyst at Crown Agents Investment Management from August 2005 to December 2006.

Kevin Burden completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Economic and Management Sciences from Stellenbosch University, a four-year program that they attended from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Studies with a focus on Global Political Economy from the same university. Kevin completed their postgraduate degree in two years, from 2003 to 2005.
