Joel Gubieski

Joel Gubieski is a seasoned legal professional with a robust background in corporate law, particularly within the technology sector. From April 2019 to May 2023, Joel served as VP of Legal at Rokt, contributing to various legal functions including corporate governance and compliance. Prior to Rokt, Joel was Corporate Counsel for the APAC region at LivePerson, overseeing legal support for diverse operations across multiple countries. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at RSF Consulting, where Joel advised on intellectual property and commercialization for emerging tech firms, and involvement in a legal tech startup, LawAdvisor, focused on sales and marketing strategies. Joel began the legal career as a Solicitor at DLA Piper, specializing in venture capital, M&A, and corporate advisory. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with honors from the University of Melbourne, alongside a degree in French Language and Literature from Université Jean Moulin.
