Kendall Hurwitz

Kendall Hurwitz is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people partnership and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Rokt since July 2024, Kendall previously held positions at HUMAN and Axoni, focusing on fostering high-performance cultures and enhancing employee-managerial relationships. With a background in learning and development, Kendall created tailored L&D programs and refreshed performance management processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Sisense and the Laboratory for the Study of Child and Family Relationships, leading teams and implementing strategic solutions for business success. Kendall also founded a tutoring service and held leadership positions in a university sorority, demonstrating a commitment to empowering others and promoting personal growth. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
