Max Dowaliby

Max Dowaliby is an experienced product management professional currently serving as SVP of Product Management at Rokt since April 2025. Previously, Dowaliby held roles including VP and Head of Product Management at Kargo, and Vice President of Product Management at Insight Partners. Earlier experience includes advisorship at AdVerifai, which was acquired by Zefr, and various leadership positions at TripleLift, including Senior Director of Product Management. Max Dowaliby holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Information Security and a Bachelor of Science in Information Management and Technology/Business, both obtained from Syracuse University.
