Nataliia Irrera

Nataliia Irrera has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as People Ops Manager at Rokt since October 2019, after progressing through roles as People Ops Specialist and People Ops Coordinator. Previous roles include positions in human resources at Burberry and as a Human Resources Assistant at Cintra Software and Services. Early career experiences included internships at Waldorf Astoria New York and ICD International Center for the Disabled, among others. Nataliia holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University, along with two degrees from Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport: a Master of Science in Transport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management.
