Christy Lillquist

Christy Lillquist has a strong legal background with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Roku since July 2019, Christy has held several key positions within the company, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary. Prior to Roku, Christy was Senior Director, Corporate and Employment Counsel at Nimble Storage and served as Senior Director and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Visa Inc. Additionally, Christy held the role of Director, Corporate Affairs at NVIDIA Corporation and was a Senior Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Christy earned a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and an undergraduate degree from William & Mary.
