Erik Schmitt

Erik Schmitt is a seasoned professional in occupancy planning and strategy, currently serving as Manager, Global Occupancy Planning and Strategy at Roku Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Erik worked as a Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL, where management of a staff of four led to the development of occupancy strategies for Google's 3 million square foot NYC campus. Erik has extensive experience supporting major corporate accounts, including Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, overseeing workplace strategies, real estate portfolio management, and campus re-stacking initiatives. Erik initiated a career in this field at JLL, contributing to Google’s real estate planning from various positions, ultimately leveraging a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
