Gerardo Guerrero

Gerardo (Jerry) Guerrero, CPA, MBA, currently serves as a Board Member for the Inclusive Leadership Institute at the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business, while also holding the position of Director of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Roku Inc. Since May 2022, Guerrero has developed and implemented global strategies aimed at enhancing organizational inclusion. A seasoned speaker, Guerrero has participated in numerous industry conferences focusing on diversity and inclusion from 2009 to 2023. Past roles include Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at The Kraft Heinz Company, Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hines, and various positions at PwC, JP Morgan Chase, KPMG, and BancCorp Capital. Guerrero holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
