Shauna Kline

Shauna Kline possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Director, International Controller at Roku Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Kline held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Uber from July 2015 to September 2021, overseeing statutory finance compliance across the EMEA region and managing a substantial team. Kline's prior roles at Microsoft included Revenue Senior Manager and Statutory Controller within the Skype division, where responsibilities encompassed revenue management, financial reporting, and integration of financial systems. Kline began a career in auditing with KPMG in the US and Luxembourg, gaining expertise in accounting standards and audit processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Murray State University.
