Garrett Smawley

Garrett Smawley has a diverse work experience in the graphic design and technical sales field. Garrett started their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at Full Steam Marketing & Design in 2012. Afterwards, they worked as a Production Manager at Dragon Graphics from June 2013 to November 2014, where they were responsible for printing, laminating, and installing decals, signage, and banners.

In December 2014, Garrett joined Roland DGA as a Product Support Specialist, providing customer support for Roland products via phone, email, and chat. Garrett was knowledgeable in UV, ECO-solvent Roland Printers, 3D Milling/Dental, and engraving technologies. From August 2015 to November 2017, they served as an Application Specialist at Roland, where they developed and documented unique workflows for Roland products, conducted on-site customer evaluations, and trained end users on Roland wide format printers, flat bed printers, and dental mills.
