Alex Veronneau serves as Vice President at Vestar Capital Partners since September 2019 and has been a Board Member for Stratus and Roland Foods, LLC since July 2021 and July 2020, respectively. Additionally, Alex holds the position of Board Observer at 360training since July 2022. Prior experience includes an investment banking role at J.P. Morgan in the Consumer & Retail group (June 2017 - August 2019), and internships at Sagard and Ulysses Management LLC. Alex began a career in finance as an Equity Research Analyst at Desautels Capital Management, Canada's first university-owned, student-run investment firm, from May 2014 to December 2016. As Co-Owner and Founder of Patio Esthetik from 2013 to 2016, Alex established a student-run outdoor wood maintenance business. Athletic experience includes playing as a goaltender in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles and Drummondville Voltigeurs from September 2009 to September 2012. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree from McGill University and previously studied at Collège Lionel-Groulx.
