Heather McAuliffe Kitendaugh has extensive work experience in legal and people & culture roles. Heather most recently worked at Roland Foods, LLC as the VP of Legal and People & Culture. Kitendaugh also worked as a Finance Assistant for Elizabeth Warren's U.S. Senate campaign. Heather has experience in event planning and management, budgeting, and fundraising. Kitendaugh started their career at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Aspen Institute, where they worked on programs related to women's leadership and international development.

Heather McAuliffe Kitendaugh obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Print Journalism from American University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they participated in a study abroad program at Universidad de Havana, focusing on International Relations. Heather later pursued further education and completed a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The George Washington University Law School from 2015 to 2017.
