John Smolak

John Smolak is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong background in infrastructure-related industries. Currently a Freelance professional since May 2023, John previously served as Territory Sales Manager at Roland Machinery Co since September 2019, where responsibilities included collaborating with clients engaged in building vital infrastructure such as roads and water systems. Prior to that role, John held the position of Operations Manager at Bailey Farms, LLC from May 2012 to September 2019, and Sales Manager/Writer/Parts at Prairie Land Service from October 2007 to April 2012. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UW-Madison, complemented by education from MATC and Poynette High School.
