Sara Hill

Sara Hill has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sara is the Founder and CEO of Role Mapper Technologies since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor, Thought Leader, and New Product Creator at BrightWorks Consultancy from 2016. At Capability Jane Ltd, which they founded in 2006, they served as the Founder and Chair. Sara also worked as the Head of Diversity Consulting Services at Alexander Mann Solutions from 2015 to 2016. Sara founded The Job Share Project in 2011 and worked as a Founder until 2015. Sara also has experience as a Management Consultant at Stratevolve and Marketing and Business Development Director at Montague Corporation, USA. Sara started their career at Virgin Retail Europe as a Strategy and Merchandise Manager. Prior to founding Capability Jane, Sara worked as an Independent Consultant and held the role of Management Consultant at Ernst & Young. Throughout their work experience, Sara has shown a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion, flexible working options, and helping organizations create sustainable change.

Sara Hill attended the Politecnico di Torino from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics. Simultaneously, they also enrolled at the School of Business and Law, University of Brighton, completing their degree in European Business during the same time period.
