Cindy Fino has a diverse work experience, beginning with Tata Consultancy Services in 2013 as an English Translator - Trainee. In 2014, they worked as a Bilingual Travel Agent at Sitel. Cindy then moved to Fatima Hostels in 2016, where they worked as a Bilingual Hotel Receptionist. In the same year, they also worked as a Customer Service Officer at Scotiabank. In 2017, they worked as an AuPair at AuPairCare Live-In Childcare. In 2019, they worked as a Process Advisor at Global Exchange International SAS. Finally, in 2020, they began working as a Talent Delivery Manager, Talent Delivery Lead, and Talent Delivery Team at Rolebot.
