Mikko Rautalahti is a seasoned narrative professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. As a co-founder and narrative director at Roleverse from January 2022 to September 2023, Rautalahti led narrative development for innovative projects. Previously, Rautalahti served as creative director at Rival Games Ltd. and narrative director at Next Games, focusing on narrative elements and safeguarding external IPs' storytelling integrity. Rautalahti's tenure at Remedy Entertainment from February 2008 to October 2017 included roles as narrative lead, story team manager, senior writer, and writer, contributing to major titles like Alan Wake. Additional experience includes freelance roles in translation, game design, and editorial positions in gaming magazines, showcasing a broad skill set across writing, design, and management.
