Bruno Vilhena has a diverse work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Bruno has held multiple roles at Rolex, starting as a Mechanical Design Engineer at PIBOMULTI S.A. Bruno then worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Ismeca before joining Universo S.A. as a Project Manager in Product & Process. Bruno then returned to Rolex as a Project Manager in Product & Process, where they were responsible for the acquisition and industrialization of horological components. Bruno progressed within the company and served as a Manufacturing Executive Manager and later as an Engineering Executive Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering and Production for Watch Movements at Rolex.
Bruno Vilhena's education history includes a Master's degree in Business and Administration, which they obtained from HEG, Neuchâtel from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technical Maturity (ET-MATU) from CPLN, Neuchâtel Le Locle, from 1992 to 1998.
