Houzefa Aladine

Houzefa ALADINE has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Houzefa started their career as a Systems Engineering Team Project member at Ecole Centrale de Lille in 2003. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant at Wavestone. Houzefa then joined EY in 2010, where they served as a Senior Consultant until 2013 and later as a Manager until 2015. In 2015, they joined Gartner as an Associate Director and subsequently held positions as Director, Managing Partner, and Senior Managing Partner. Currently, they are working at ROLEX as an IT Performance and Transformation Lead since April 2023.

Houzefa Aladine obtained a Master's degree from Centrale Lille between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Lycee Janson de Sailly from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Maths and Physics in their "Classes Préparatoires" program. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various IT and governance fields, including COBIT 5 Foundation & Implementation, CGEIT - Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT, CISA - Certified Information System Auditor, and various intermediate levels of ITIL certification.
