Sophie Li has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Interpreter at the Beijing International Exhibition Centre for two months. From 2004 to 2007, they managed a Ralph Lauren boutique and also worked as an Interpreter for Boucheron, supporting high-profile events. In 2005, they took on the role of Art Director at JDF, where they worked on dance performances, choreography, and events for various brands. Following this, Sophie served as the PR & Communications Manager at Chinedge - Opinion Way, where they conducted market intelligence studies and press missions for luxury groups. In 2008, they became the International Markets Manager at Technomarine Enterprises Philippines Inc. and managed international markets for the company. Sophie then joined Rolex in 2011, holding multiple positions including Digital Communications Projects Manager, Head of Social Media & Digital Content, and Digital Strategy | Communications & Image. Currently, they are the Head of Strategy | Lab & Intelligence at Rolex.

Sophie Li has a strong education background in various fields. Sophie obtained a Bachelor's degree in European Business Management from Swansea University in 2002. Prior to that, they acquired a Licence in International Business/Trade/Commerce and Applied Languages from Université Savoie Mont Blanc in 2000. Sophie also completed their Baccalaureat in Economics from Lycee Vaugelas in 2000. In 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in International Management with a focus on Chinese Business at SOAS University of London. Currently, Sophie is studying Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford, where they are expected to complete their degree around 2023. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme from the University of Oxford in 2024.
